Tim Kirkpatrick

Tim Kirkpatrick is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Franchise Recruitment at Unleashed Brands since June 2024. As the Managing Partner at Second Chair Solutions since February 2016, Tim focuses on alleviating the excessive burdens placed on First Chair Leaders, emphasizing balance between professional and personal commitments. Previously, Tim held the position of Associate Pastor at Our Savior's Church from May 2014 to February 2016 and served as the Executive Director of LOVEacadiana, where the mission centered on serving the Acadiana community. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Liberal Arts in Management at Harvard University, started in August 2023.
