Zach Traphagan

Zach Traphagan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in franchise recruitment and sales. Currently serving as the National Director of Franchise Recruitment/Sales at City Lifestyle since July 2018, Zach manages a team of eight recruiters and oversees the design and implementation of a proprietary applicant tracking system. Previously, Zach owned and published Northland City Lifestyle, a local magazine franchise, and held the position of Director of Sales & Recruitment at Safe Haven Security Services, Inc., where a team of recruiters and sales representatives was led to partner with high-revenue generating professionals. Earlier career roles include Assistant General Manager at Aspen Athletic Club and Personal Sales Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from William Jewell College, where participation as a student athlete was also undertaken.
