Martin Mason has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Martin is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Talent Mapper, a SaaS technology platform provider focused on revolutionizing talent management practices in organizations. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Founder of Unleashed, a talent and inclusion management business. Martin also founded The Arena Network, a social network aimed at promoting inclusivity and positive change.
Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Martin held significant positions at The Body Shop as the Global Head of Talent and Performance, where they implemented talent management and inclusion strategies to improve business performance. Martin also served as the Head of Learning and Development at Wolseley, the world's largest trade distributor of plumbing and heating products.
Earlier in their career, Martin worked at Halfords, starting as a Deputy Manager and eventually becoming a Group Leadership & Talent Development Manager. Martin also held the role of Instructional Designer, where they developed and delivered training programs for over 12,000 retail colleagues.

Martin Mason completed a Diploma in HRD Management with a focus on Learning & Development from CIPD in the years 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, their education history includes studying Law at Coventry University, although the exact duration is unknown.
