Basheir Babikir

Basheir Babikir currently serves as the Director of Bike Events at Unlimited Biking, a role undertaken since October 2023, where responsibilities include managing relationships with over 130 cycling event partners and overseeing event logistics. Prior to this, Basheir held the position of Sales Operations Manager at Propel Bikes from April 2021 to September 2023, focusing on optimizing sales communication and ensuring customer satisfaction. Basheir's earlier tenure at Unlimited Biking spanned from June 2015 to April 2020, during which significant contributions included enhancing operational efficiency, increasing bike event partnerships by 250%, and managing inventory processes. Basheir began the career as an Operations Associate, progressing through various roles and demonstrating expertise in operations management, team training, and process optimization. Basheir holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Khartoum, completed in 2014.
