David Boscaglia

David Boscaglia is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project superintendency, currently serving as a Project Superintendent at RD Olson Construction, Unlimited Construction Services Inc., and JPI/TDI. With a career spanning over 20 years, David has managed numerous high-density multi-story residential projects, overseeing the construction of over 500 apartment units and commercial spaces. Previous roles include Regional Construction Manager at a property management company and senior superintendent positions at various firms, where David contributed to the successful completion of energy-efficient housing projects and major condominium developments. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education from The Ohio State University.
