Ashley Riffe

Ashley Riffe has a strong work history in various roles. Ashley began their career as a Collections Representative II at Fifth Third Bank from 2009 to 2012, where they excelled in establishing rapport with customers and meeting performance goals. Ashley then joined U.S. Bank in 2012 as a Mortgage Team Leader II/Private Client, where they contributed to program and software development and facilitated monthly meetings. During their time at U.S. Bank, they also worked as a Collections Supervisor from March 2015 to December 2015, effectively communicating department objectives and providing coaching to team members. In 2015, Ashley Riffe joined Transamerica as a Transition Manager, overseeing the installation of defined contribution retirement plans and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Ashley continued their career at Paycor in 2017 as a Payroll Implementation Consultant, coordinating the conversion of major clients to the company's Human Capital Management product platform and serving as a liaison between clients and the software development team. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Unlimited Systems as a Product Quality Analyst.

Ashley Riffe completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pre-Physical Therapy Studies at Howard University from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's of Social Work degree at the University of Cincinnati between 2009 and 2011, specializing in Social Work.
