Tim Jones

Tim Jones has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Tim is currently working as a DevOps Engineer at Unlimited Systems since May 2022. Before that, they worked as an Associate DevOps Engineer at Mile Two from August 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were a System Engineer at Computacenter from June 2021 to August 2021. Tim also has experience working at CompuCom where they held the positions of Systems Support Engineer from August 2018 to June 2021 and Desktop Tech III from July 2015 to August 2018. Tim began their career at Atos as a Tier II Helpdesk Analyst from July 2011 to February 2013, and later worked as a Quality Analyst from February 2013 to March 2015. Tim also has experience as a Tier 1 Helpdesk Analyst at Siemens IT Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. from August 2010 to July 2011. Tim started their career at JPMorgan Chase as a Help Desk Technician Tier II Lead from June 2009 to October 2009.

Tim Jones completed their education at the I.T.T. Technical Institute, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer and Electronic Engineering from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they completed a degree in Networking Systems Administration from the same institute from 2012 to 2013. Tim Jones also holds several additional certifications, including the Complete Terraform Course - Beginner to Advanced from Udemy (obtained in July 2021), the Jamf Certified Associate from Jamf (obtained in January 2021), and the ACMT certification from Apple (obtained in May 2017).
