Hayden Ballard

Hayden Ballard has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as a Team Member at Bunnings. They then transitioned to a role as a Financial Services and Marketing Officer at Illawarra Credit Union in 2019, where they played a key role in expanding the company's loan book through working with brokers and implementing marketing strategies. In 2021, Hayden joined Nano Digital Home Loans as a Digital Home Loan Officer, where they facilitated Treasury settlements and cash flow management. Hayden also had a stint as a Business Analyst Secondment and a Digital Home Loan Specialist at Nano Digital Home Loans. In 2022, they joined HomeMade as a Financial Specialist, taking ownership of accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. In 2023, Hayden joined Bridgit as a Settlement & Servicing Specialist, implementing strategies, managing settlements, and establishing various processes and procedures. Currently, Hayden is working at Unloan as a Customer Success Specialist.

Hayden Ballard pursued a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Planning at the University of Wollongong from 2017 to 2021. In March 2021, Hayden also obtained a certification in the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage.
