Kate Goryunova has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Kate's most recent role is as a Product Director at Unloan, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Unloan as a Senior Product Manager from August 2022 to April 2023.

Kate's previous experience includes working at Volt Bank as a Business Analyst from April 2019 to June 2020. Kate collaborated with various stakeholders and led the go-to-market strategy for a B2B2C product. Kate also produced detailed user stories, business processes, and architecture diagrams for lending and deposit products.
Prior to Volt Bank, Kate worked at Westpac Group in two roles. From October 2017 to April 2019, they served as a Support Lead, planning resources and maintaining service levels in Asset Finance Operations. Kate also built a high-performing team that provided excellent customer experiences. From November 2015 to October 2017, they were an SME & Quality Analyst, performing quality checks, implementing process improvements, and managing a project for offshore business partners.
At the beginning of their career, Kate gained experience at Arc @ UNSW as an Accounts Assistant and Food and Beverage Administrator from February 2014 to November 2015. Kate also interned at UNSW Australia from February 2014 to June 2014.

Kate Goryunova completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Economics at the Higher School of Economics from 2007 to 2012. Kate then pursued a Master's Degree in Business/Commerce, General at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in August 2021.
