As the Co-Founder of Unlock since May 2023, Le Anne focuses on empowering leaders and businesses to navigate the future through a tech-enabled and community-centered approach. Additionally, Le Anne serves on the Board of Advisors for The Authentic Asian, supporting Asian American female executives and entrepreneurs. Previously, as the Founder and Managing Partner of Harper Consulting LLC, Le Anne helped organizations enhance their talent management practices. A former Chief Talent Officer for Katalyst Group and McDermott & Bull Executive Search, Le Anne demonstrated expertise in building high-performing teams and fostering inclusive cultures. Le Anne's career includes a significant tenure at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where leadership in global recruitment and inclusion efforts was pivotal.
