John Wagner, MHA, is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in managed care and value-based care initiatives. Currently serving as the VP of Managed Care at Unlock Health since September 2025 and as a Jacksonville Beach City Council member since February 2024, John has previously held leadership roles at organizations such as Lucerna Health, Flagler Hospital, and Berkeley Research Group LLC. A proven expert in optimizing operational performance, John has successfully led business development, revenue cycle improvements, and strategic advisory services across various healthcare settings. John holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of North Florida.
