Anne Ribbers is a seasoned professional in coaching and leadership development, currently serving as the Global Director of Coaching & L&D at UNLOQ since its inception in January 2011. With a robust background in research, Ribbers finalized a project on E-coaching effectiveness at Tilburg University and held significant roles, including Chief Psychology Officer at Pluform B.V. and Editor in Chief for the EMCC International Journal. Previous experience includes consulting at ING in various HR roles focusing on employability and leadership development, as well as teaching psychology at Tilburg University. Ribbers holds a Master’s degree in Social & Organizational Psychology from Tilburg University and has additionally completed a Master Thesis in Communication Psychology at Columbia University.
