Kerry Field

Kerry Field is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the media and marketing industry. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Mindshare Australia & New Zealand since November 1999, Kerry has held various leadership roles including Chief of Talent, General Manager, Partner of Innovation, National Director of Interaction, and Digital Manager. In addition, Kerry serves as a Board Director for UnLtd, a social purpose organization focused on supporting at-risk youth. Previous experience includes a role as Digital Assistant transitioning to Digital Manager at Mindshare from November 1992 to November 1999. Kerry completed a Marketing Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in late 2022 and holds educational qualifications from Stamford College and Bourne Grammar.
