Alper Çelik

Alper Çelik has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and research. Alper currently holds the position of Director, Corporate Finance at ÜNLÜ & Co since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Corporate Finance Manager and Assistant Manager Corporate Finance at OYAK Yatırım from May 2020 to October 2021. Alper also held the role of Senior Equity Research Analyst at Global Menkul Değerler A.Ş. from November 2019 to March 2020.

Before joining OYAK Yatırım, Alper Çelik served as Corporate Finance and Research Manager at InvestAZ Securities Inc. for six years, from October 2013 to November 2019. Alper began their career at Garanti Yatırım as an Equity Analyst, covering automotive, consumer durables, and cement sectors from June 2008 to May 2010. Alper then continued their role as a Research Analyst at the same company, responsible for database and quantitative analysis, until November 2007.

Prior to their time at Garanti Yatırım, Alper Çelik gained experience at Polsan Portfoy as an Assistant Manager, primarily handling equity strategy, model equity portfolio, and valuation of Polsan participations in corporate finance business. Alper started their career as a Research-Associate at ATA Yatırım, where they covered real estate investment companies, insurance, and glass sectors.

Throughout their career, Alper Çelik has demonstrated their expertise in finance, research analysis, and corporate finance.

Alper Çelik obtained a Master of Arts in Economics and Finance from Boğaziçi University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical University from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from the Corporate Finance Institute in the year 2020.
