Melis Akıllı Belür

Melis Akıllı Belür started their career as an HR Trainee at Sanofi in 2005. Melis implemented and supervised the Humanity Database and selected candidates for permanent positions. Melis also played a role in renewing the Organisational Chart and designing agreements.

In 2007, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Istanbul as an HR Specialist. Their responsibilities included recruiting candidates for various departments, managing the application process, and handling training and development processes.

In 2010, Melis worked as an HR Generalist at BNP Paribas Cardif, where they focused on general HR duties.

Melis then moved to EXPERTEAM in 2011 and served as an HR Manager until 2017.

Currently, Melis is working at ÜNLÜ & Co, starting as a Human Resources Manager in 2017 and progressing to the role of Human Resources Senior Manager. Melis currently holds the position of Human Resources Director.

Melis Akıllı Belür completed their high school education from Sisli Terakki High School, Istanbul from 1998-2001. Later, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in English, from Yeditepe University, Istanbul from 2001-2006.
