Zeynep Kocak

Zeynep Kocak has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Zeynep is currently serving as the Managing Director of Corporate Finance at ÜNLÜ & Co since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Corporate Finance at the same company from April 2015 to March 2022. Before joining ÜNLÜ & Co, Zeynep held the position of Senior VP at the M&A Department of Sberbank CIB from July 2014 to February 2015. Zeynep also worked as the Associate Director of Investment Banking at UniCredit from February 2011 to June 2014. Prior to that, Zeynep served as the Vice President of Investment Banking at Société Générale from February 2007 to February 2011. Zeynep started their career as an Experienced Associate in Audit at PwC from January 2006 to January 2007. Zeynep also worked as a Research Analyst at The Brattle Group from July 2004 to January 2006.

Zeynep Kocak attended Sankt Georg Austrian High School from 1990-1998. Zeynep then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Finance & Accounting, at Boğaziçi University from 1998-2003. Later, they completed a Master of Accounting degree at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2003-2004.
