Andrea (Andi) Perloff is an orthopedic surgery resident at UNLV Medicine, having begun this role in May 2020. Prior to this, Andrea completed a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Kansas City University from 2016 to 2020 and gained extensive experience as a Community Health Empowerment Worker in Fiji through the Peace Corps from 2013 to 2020. Additional experiences include serving as a Nursing Assistant at Public Partnerships, a Genetics Lab Research Assistant and Biology Lab Assistant at Colorado State University, and various internships at Kaiser Permanente and the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Colorado State University, complemented by a minor in Biomedical Science.

The mission of UNLV Health is to provide a premier multi-specialty academic group practice and primary care physicians who strive to provide the highest quality health care. UNLV Health combines education and research within the treatment environment, and manages the faculty clinical practice.
