Hazel Silvester

Hazel Silvester has extensive work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Hazel started their career as a Recruitment Sourcer at Allstaff Recruitment in 2013, where they focused on the technical division. Hazel then moved on to work as a Recruitment Consultant at Barclay Meade, specializing in Marketing & Communications within the Defence and Engineering Sector. After that, Hazel joined Ability People as a Recruitment Consultant in the Defence sector, where they developed in-depth knowledge of the Transport, Construction, and Defence industries. In 2016, they joined King as a People Services Coordinator, responsible for HR queries, recruitment support, and service desk operations. Hazel later became an HR Advisor, providing day-to-day support and working on global initiatives. Hazel progressed to the role of Senior HR Operations Coordinator at King, overseeing key HR processes and ensuring compliance globally and locally. Most recently, they joined Unmind as a People Operations Lead, leading strategic projects and owning engagement initiatives, including surveys and action planning.

Hazel Silvester attended Biddenham Upper School from 2008 to 2011, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during that time.
