Vikramjeet Mehla

Vikramjeet Mehla has worked in a variety of roles in the telecommunications industry since 1999. Vikramjeet began their career at Escotel Mobile Communication as the Zonal Credit & Collection Head, where they were responsible for minimizing bad debts and providing end-to-end solutions to high-value customers. In 2004, they moved to Reliance Communications as the FAB Head, handling corporate and large accounts. In 2006, they joined Bharti Airtel Limited as the Collection & Credit Head, taking care of revenue collection of more than 30 crore per month and successfully completing two Green Belts. In 2009, they joined Videocon Telecommunications Ltd as the Operations Head, launching new telecom circles in Haryana and Himachal Pradesh and being a key member of the IT team in the migration of Videocon's base into an in-house built CRM. Finally, in 2016, they joined SPRAY Engineering Devices Limited as a Consultant, successfully getting a new ERP module installed through an out-source vendor and transitioning all data smoothly. In 2021, they moved to Unnati as the Operation Head.

Vikramjeet Mehla's education history includes a Master of Finance and Control degree from Kurukshetra University, earned between 1997 and 1999, with a focus in Finance & Marketing. Vikramjeet also holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, earned between 1995 and 1996. Additionally, they attended DAV Public School Panipat from 1987 to 1992 and DAV Panipat from 1992 to 1995.
