Diego Fernández Ribadeneira

Diego Fernández Ribadeneira has a diverse work experience. Diego began their career in 2016 as a Quality Control Analyst for Confiteca. In 2018, they joined Logikard C.A. as an Engineering Trainee and was later promoted to Chief Process Innovation Officer. In their role as Chief Process Innovation Officer, they were responsible for learning from company processes, collecting data, analyzing it, and presenting improvement ideas. Diego was also in charge of the company's quality control process of manufactured products and led internal/external audits. In 2022, they joined Unnax as a Business Development Executive.

Diego Fernández Ribadeneira completed their Ingeniería degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito from 2012 to 2017. Diego then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Creation and Management of Innovative and Technology Based Companies from Universitat de Barcelona from 2022 to 2023. Diego also holds various certifications, including Administración por Procesos from CEC-EPN Centro de Educación Continua EPN (2021), Design Thinking: Innovando con equipos remotos from LATAM Education (August 2020), Servicio al Cliente from Cámara de Comercio de Quito (June 2020), Liderazgo Efectivo from Logikard C.A. (December 2019), Auditor Interno ISO 9001:2015 from Bureau Veritas Group (June 2018), Green Belt Six Sgima from Lean Six Sigma Institute (January 2018), Yellow Belt Six Sgima from Lean Six Sigma Institute (October 2016), and Software de Ventas de Hubspot from HubSpot Academy.
