Laura E. Cruz M.

Laura E. Cruz M. has worked in various roles in the finance and banking industry since 2002. Laura E. began their career as Subdirectora de Seguimiento de la Gestión at SEMARNAT SECRETARÍA DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE Y RECURSOS NATURALES in 2002. Laura E. then moved to Positive Planet as Directora de Administración y Finanzas México in 2005. In 2008, they took on the role of Subdirectora de Fomento de Negocios at Banco del Ahorro Nacional y Servicios Financieros BANSEFI and Directora de Administración y Red de Sucursales at Crédito Sí/Crédito Firme/Grupo Financiero AFIRME. From 2013-2015, they were Gerente Divisional (Crédito Grupal) at Financiera Finsol. At Banco Azteca, they were Jefa de Zona/Directora Micronegocio Azteca (Crédito Grupal) from 2015-2018. During this same time, they were also Directora de Operaciones (Crédito Comunal) at Alcance Financiera Activamos. In 2018, they moved to Nacional Monte de Piedad as Subdirectora Ventas (Crédito Individual). Most recently, they have been Sales Director México & South América at credolab since 2021 and will become Head of Sales México at Unnax in 2022.

Laura E. Cruz M. began their educational journey in 1995 when they attended Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México until 1999. In 2015, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2018, they earned their Certificación Yellow Belt - Six Sigma from KZI-Kaizenia. Laura E. then returned to KZI-Kaizenia in 2019 to pursue a Scrum Product Owner certification.
