Andre Ling

Andre Ling is an experienced professional in international development, currently serving as a Partner at Collaborative Impact since May 2020, focusing on sustainable and equitable solutions. As a Director at Interconnect Consulting Limited and a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor for UNOPS, Andre specializes in strategy development, monitoring, evaluation, and learning for diverse organizations and initiatives. With over 15 years of consulting expertise, Andre has worked extensively with donor agencies, UN bodies, NGOs, and research institutions across East Africa and South/Southeast Asia, emphasizing evidence-based learning and capacity building. Prior roles include Technical Director at ALINE Impact Limited and Deputy Director at Firetail Limited, alongside extensive field experience with Seva Mandir in India. Andre holds a Master of Arts in Participation, Power, and Social Change from the Institute of Development Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy with Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
