Carla Serra

Carla Serra is a seasoned UX designer with extensive experience across various roles in design and education. Carla began as a designer at Casta Portugal and transitioned to a lead UX designer at Red Apple Creative and Project Tres, where collaboration and user-centered design were emphasized. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at UNOPS, Carla leads significant design initiatives, including major website redesigns. Carla also has a history of teaching UX/UI design, imparting practical skills to students at RED Academy and Universidade do Porto. With a solid educational foundation, including a postgraduate degree from Universidade de Aveiro and a Bachelor's degree from Universidade do Porto, Carla's expertise spans graphic design, user experience, and brand development.
