Catherine Withrow

Catherine Withrow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and portfolio management, primarily in international development and public policy. Currently serving as a Portfolio Advisor at UNOPS since January 2022, Withrow provides technical assistance to the UNOPS Argentina Multi-Country Office, focusing on business development and project management. Previously, Withrow held the position of Head of Programme at UNOPS Argentina, overseeing a program portfolio valued at $1.2 billion. With significant roles at Dexis Consulting Group and USAID in Guatemala, Withrow managed multi-million dollar projects like the Justice and Transparency Project and the Security and Justice Sector Reform Project. Earlier career highlights include managing rule of law projects in Latin America with Checchi and Company, coordinating an international moot court competition at the Academy on Human Rights, and teaching at Stephens College. Withrow holds dual MA degrees from Georgetown University and Universidad Nacional de San Martin, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Stephens College.
