Chris Miller

Chris Miller is a Governance Advisor at UNOPS, where they have served as a Programme Management Advisor since 2025. Previously, Chris held various roles at USAID from 2007 to 2025, including the Director of the Democracy and Governance Office in Burma. They also worked as a Special Projects Officer in the Office of Transition Initiatives and as a Country Director for Turkmenistan. Chris was a Consultant Researcher at the University for Peace from 2003 to 2006 and holds a master's degree from American University and a bachelor's degree from Ithaca College.
