Clara Pretus

Clara Pretus is a Serra Húnter Professor at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they direct the socialbrainlab.com and research extremism and misinformation. Clara previously held positions as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Serra Húnter Assistant Professor at the same institution, and served as a Research Fellow at Instituto Hospital del Mar de Investigaciones Médicas in 2023. They have also been a Visiting Scholar at both the University of California, Berkeley, and New York University. Clara earned a Master of Science in Neuroscience from King's College London in 2012 and is currently a Consultant on Behavioral Insights to Counter Terrorism with UNOPS.
