Cyrille Pernette currently serves as Chair of Review Committees at UNOPS, overseeing compliance reviews of procurement processes since January 2023. With extensive experience at UNDP beginning in June 2011, Cyrille manages the Procurement Oversight Function, focusing on strategic positioning and capacity assessments for country offices, in addition to serving as Chair of the Advisory Committee on Procurement and Chief of the Regional Advisory Committee on Procurement. Previous roles at UNOPS and UNDP include Team Leader/Procurement Advisor and Procurement Specialist/Manager, respectively, where Cyrille was involved in strategic sourcing and procurement support for significant projects. Cyrille holds a Master in Management from NEOMA Business School, earned between 1990 and 1993.
