Daniel Irongo

Daniel Irongo is a seasoned Digital Health Specialist with extensive experience in facilitating the assessment, development, governance, and implementation of digital health platforms, focusing on malaria and multi-disease campaigns at UNOPS since January 2023. Prior to this, Daniel served as the Director of Digital Enablement at LifeNet International, where technical leadership in digital health solutions was provided across multiple African countries, and at World Vision, where transformative digital health initiatives were led. Daniel's earlier roles include positions as an Evidence and Learning Specialist and Digital Health Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, contributing significantly to the scale-up of digital health solutions in various nations. With a strong foundation in computer science and a postgraduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, Daniel has effectively championed health innovation and stakeholder engagement throughout the professional journey.
