Daniel O'Brien

Daniel O'Brien is a seasoned professional in change management and strategy, currently serving as a Change Management Advisor at UNOPS since November 2025. Prior to this role, Daniel held various leadership positions at Habitat for Humanity International, including Global Strategy Lead and Sr. Director of International Operations, where a significant transformation of international operations was executed. As a self-employed consultant from 2012 to 2016, Daniel provided expertise in strategy and organizational design across multiple regions. Daniel’s earlier career included roles in project management and operations at GRM International and Habitat for Humanity International, where experience in disaster response and national leadership was gained. Daniel holds an MBA in International Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BSE in Civil Engineering and Architecture from Princeton University.
