Doreen Chen is an international human rights lawyer focused on advancing justice, integrity, and dignity. Currently, they serve as a Subject Matter Expert at The International Institute for Justice and the Rule of Law and the Human Rights in a Counter-Terrorism Context Expert with UNOPS. Doreen co-founded and serves as the Executive Director of Destination Justice, while previously holding roles including International Expert at IDLO and Senior Legal Consultant for the Nuon Chea Defence Team at the United Nations. Doreen holds a Master of Laws from Columbia University and dual Bachelor's degrees from the University of Sydney.
