Graciela Suarez

Graciela Suarez is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 25 years in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources and Talent Management Officer at UNOPS Argentina since August 2010, Graciela specializes in candidate attraction, recruitment, and selection for local and international positions, as well as soft skills training. Previous roles include leading Human Resources at Inergy Automotive Systems S.A., and serving as the HR Officer at UNOPS Peru. Additional experience includes recruitment responsibilities at MGI Coutier and Sun Microsystems, along with an early internship in HR at AENA Aeropuertos Españoles y Navegación Aérea. Graciela holds an MBA from EOI Business School and a degree in Political Science and Sociology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, complemented by a certification in Executive Coaching from Escuela Europea de Coaching.
