Jacek Jankowski

Jacek Jankowski brings extensive expertise in customs and trade facilitation with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a UN 2720 Monitor for UNOPS since August 2020, Jacek has also held key positions such as Senior Customs Expert at Korn Ferry and Customs Reform Manager at Chemonics International, focusing on capacity building in revenue generation and customs systems modernization in various countries including Yemen and Afghanistan. Notable previous roles include Anti-Illicit Trade & Security Manager at British American Tobacco Poland, as well as operational and advisory positions with Crown Agents in Albania and Poland. Jacek's foundational experience began in the Polish customs service, progressing from a customs applicant to Head of the Crime Combating Department. Jacek holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Sciences from the University of Opole.
