Jane Lauterback, ACC, is the founder and principal of THE PURPOSEWORKS, where a focus is placed on uncovering Purpose within organizations, teams, and individuals through proprietary tools and insights. With extensive experience in executive coaching and leadership development, Jane currently serves as an Executive Leadership Development Coach at EZRA Coaching and provides consulting for UNOPS. Additionally, Jane is a Core Guide at Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership roles, and holds the position of ICEO Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison, advising C-suite executives. Previously, Jane held prominent marketing roles, including Executive Vice President and Global Chief Marketing Officer at Doremus, and Vice President of Global Brand Management at Nortel Networks. Jane's educational background includes studies at the Nalanda Institute, Coaches Training Institute, Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and Boston University.
