Joseph Stables is a Regional Infrastructure Advisor for Asia at UNOPS, where responsibilities include providing oversight and support to teams across over 15 countries in the region since May 2018. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Senior Consultant at Arup from September 2006 to April 2018, focusing on technical delivery and project management for infrastructure and resilience projects. Joseph possesses expertise in civil and structural engineering, international development consulting, project and program management, and construction management, among other areas. Joseph holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering from UCL, completed between 2000 and 2006.
