Justin Waugh

Justin Waugh has extensive experience in information technology and project management, currently serving as the Head of Client Projects IT at UNOPS since July 2011. In this role, Waugh has coordinated the Business Innovation and Improvement Programme, aimed at transforming UNOPS systems for enhanced efficiency. Previous roles at UNOPS include Design and Digital Visibility Architect, Head of Platforms, and Information Systems Project Manager, where Waugh focused on enterprise-level reporting solutions. Prior to UNOPS, Waugh held senior management positions at Electrum and served as Web Manager at Internet For Business and Database Developer at Grampian Council. Waugh holds a Master of Arts in Digital Management from Hyper Island and a Bachelor of Science in Computing from The Open University.
