Karla Obando has a strong background in project support and administration, currently serving as a Senior Assistant in Project Support Services at UNOPS since December 2020. Previously, Karla held the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at TechnoServe from August 2017 to December 2020, and managed contract administration for the BID 2471 ENACAL Project between May 2015 and February 2017. Karla has also coordinated infrastructure projects at Uno Nicaragua and social projects at CARUNA from 2010 to 2015. Karla holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería, completed in 2004.
