Lilya Boaron

Lilya Boaron, BSc (Hons), DPSI, is a seasoned professional in executive assistance and human resource management, currently serving as the Executive Associate to the CEO at UNOPS since April 2017. With significant experience in leading operations within high-level offices, Lilya previously worked as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at the RBM Partnership to End Malaria, where responsibilities included project management, governance structures, and HR activities. Prior to that, Lilya held various roles at IRU, including Executive Assistant to the Secretary General, where coordination of board meetings and communication management were key tasks. Additional roles include personal assistance and office management in various organizations. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, educational qualifications also include a Bachelor's in Business Management.
