Mainrad González

Mainrad González is a civil engineer and PMP-certified project director with extensive experience in leading large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently, Mainrad serves as an engineering specialist at UNOPS and teaches project management at Universidad Fidélitas. Previously, they held director and supervisory roles in various organizations, where they focused on improving project timelines, cost reduction, and risk management through strategic planning and advanced technologies. Mainrad holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from respected institutions in Costa Rica.
