R.Mark Evans OBE

R.Mark Evans OBE is the Chief Executive of RMEinsights Ltd and a Policing and Justice Advisor. They currently serve as an Honorary Professor at University College London, a Senior Associate Fellow at the Police Foundation, and the Vice President of ANZSEBP. With a distinguished career in law enforcement, Evans held various leadership roles, including National Manager of Intelligence at NZ Police and Director of Analytical Services at the Police Service of Northern Ireland. They have also contributed significantly to education and advisory boards, influencing policing practices and research.
