Rahul Malhotra

Rahul Malhotra currently serves as the Director of the New York Board and External Relations Office at UNOPS, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Rahul worked at OECD Development, where the title held was Head of Division for the Reforms and Partnerships Division from March 2018 to July 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Team Leader for DAC Peer Reviews at OECD - OCDE from September 2013 to February 2018 and holding the position of Deputy Head of Office for DFID Rwanda from December 2002 to September 2013. Rahul Malhotra earned a Master's degree in International Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
