Silvana Onceva is currently a researcher at the Institute of Public Health of the Republic of Macedonia and serves as a country manager and programmatic expert for UNOPS. Previously, Silvana worked as a Public Health Officer for the Macedonian Red Cross from 1991 to 1998. Silvana is pursuing advanced degrees in Social Medicine and has a specialist qualification in the organization of healthcare from the Medical Faculty in Skopje.
