Sonia Vindas

Sonia Vindas is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Associate at UNOPS since August 2015, Sonia previously worked as Encargada Retención de Talento at Insurance Servicios, where responsibilities included developing and implementing employee retention programs and managing training budgets. At Sigma Alimentos, Sonia held the position of Jefe de Capital Humano, overseeing comprehensive HR processes, including recruitment, training, and employee well-being initiatives. Earlier in the career, Sonia worked as Jefe de reclutamiento y selección at Banco Cuscatlan, managing recruitment processes for various levels of positions. Sonia holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Independiente de Costa Rica.
