They have worked closely with various public institutions, human rights organizations, and international partners, such as the UNDP and USAID, to implement capacity-building programs and enhance electoral operations. Sylvain holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Management of Organizations, both contributing to their strong analytical and leadership skills. Currently, Sylvain continues to leverage their expertise in project management, mentoring, and coaching within diverse organizational contexts.
