Thillainath Chelliah

Thillainath Chelliah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure consulting and project management, currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Advisor at UNOPS since May 2014. In this role, Thillainath provides technical guidance for global projects and bridges the gap between the Infrastructure Projects Management Group (IPMG) and operational teams. Additional roles include Team Leader for the Output and Performance Based Road Contracts project with Eptisa Engineering Inc, leading infrastructure assessment consultancy in disaster areas as a consultant with UNOPS, and technical contributions to road asset management systems in Ethiopia during a tenure with Mott MacDonald.
