Tshaka E. Dennis

Tshaka E. Dennis, PE, is a professional engineer and global consultant specializing in infrastructure, transport, and energy. Currently serving as an individual consultant and technical evaluation panelist for Millennium Challenge Accounts, they independently evaluate multimillion-dollar projects. Previously, they held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Millennium Challenge Account Liberia, overseeing the implementation of a $257M Compact focused on transport and energy reforms. Tshaka has also contributed as a professional engineer and global consultant at UNOPS, advising on various infrastructure projects across continents and has a robust background managing substantial contracts with international development organizations. Academically, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and a Master of Engineering in Transportation and Highway Engineering at the City University of New York.
