Ignacio Miranda

Ignacio Miranda is the COO at Unosquare. Ignacio has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, working with some of the biggest names such as GEUSA, IBM, and Honda de Mexico S.A. de C.V.

Ignacio started their career in 2004 as an AS400 and DB2 administrator at Honda de Mexico S.A. de C.V. Ignacio then moved to IBM in February 2008, where they worked as a software engineer for nearly two years. During their time at IBM, they were the owner of three TCP Config (OS400) components, and was responsible for development, high level programming support, problem determination and testing.

In September 2009, they left IBM to join GEUSA as an RPG developer. There, they were responsible for the development of HR database maintenance programs, creation and design of db2 databases (DDS), and creation of interfaces to export db information (txt, csv). Ignacio left GEUSA in December 2009 to return to IBM.

At IBM, they worked as a software engineer and tester of Websphere Application Server (IBM AS400). Ignacio also worked as a Java Developer on the P2P incubator project. Ignacio left IBM in September 2009 to join Unosquare as the COO.

They are on a team with Joel Barrett - VP, Customer Loyalty, Eduardo Arias - CFO, and Roisin Hughes - VP, Human Resources. Their manager is Giancarlo Di Vece, President & CEO.
