With nearly three decades of experience in Investment Banking preceded by a background in consulting, he is among the senior-most investment bankers in India. Vinay has held leadership positions in Ambit Corporate Finance, Arthur Andersen and Coopers & Lybrand.

Vinay is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
