Kirsti Gholson

Kirsti oversees Unovis's supply chain impact assessment for ingredients & materials, labor rights, and fair wage practices. With an emphasis on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), she leads Unovis's initiatives in diversity in hiring and portfolio leadership demographics with a focus on underserved communities. A long-time animal and social justice advocate, Kirsti serves on the boards of Lantern Publishing & Media and The Phoenicia International Festival of the Voice Foundation. Her advocacy work has included legislation & policy enactment as a District Leader for the Humane Society of the United States and on the Ulster County Animal Abuse Prevention Task Force. She is excited by what Unovis offers our world in crisis: delicious, plant-based nourishment that is sustainable and humane for all - animals, people, and the planet.
