Unplugged Yoga offer corporate yoga classes which we bring to you. We understand how busy corporate life can get so our experienced yoga instructors come to your office or a nearby park or open space to instruct a yoga class at a time that is convenient for you.

Our corporate yoga program focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and balance through a sequence of yoga poses targeting specific problem areas in corporates such as shoulders, back, core, hamstrings and hip flexors. We also offer a series of breathing exercises and guided mini meditations which relieve stress and tension and help sharpen and focus the mind.

Overall, our corporate yoga program improves the physical and mental wellbeing of your employees so they are able to perform at their peak. Corporate yoga has proven to not only increase productivity in the work place but also positively enhance the overall wellbeing of individuals professionally and personally.

What this means for your business or company?
- less sick days
- reduce depression and anxiety in the workplace
- reduced physical injuries
- overall, a happier, more energetic work environment

Our mission is to ensure yoga is accessible to everyone because of its range of proven benefits. Corporates are amongst the population that need yoga the most but due to their hectic work schedules are unable to attend classes at the gym or a yoga studio. We therefore ensure that our expertly trained instructors work to your schedules and we tailor our corporate yoga packages to be at a time and place that is suitable for you and your employees.

Get in touch with us and design your own corporate yoga package that works specifically for you.
