Lucy Kallen

Lucy Kallen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Principles for Responsible Investment since February 2022, Lucy leads the DEI strategy and collaborates with the Executive Team and the Board to create supportive structures and policies. Prior roles include DEI Lead at Wise Ltd., where Lucy developed a global DEI strategy, and Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Slaughter and May, where significant achievements included enhancing inclusion training and improving workplace equality rankings. Lucy's experience also encompasses advising on DEI at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and Berwin Leighton Paisner, as well as a background in Learning & Development at Herbert Smith Freehills. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Leeds.
